We use CAD / CAM / CAE for mould design and manufacturing , use the advanced software of the United States for heat balance runner analysis,  use mold runner lubrication for slider , and cooling system using advanced Japanese technology . Meanwhile , purchase advance machine from Japan and Taiwan , employ  12  senior engineers to enhance our strength.

Our new factory is 8000 square meters, and intend to purchase a high-speed milling machine from Germany. We already purchased an automatic three coordinates machine , 1 set slow moving silk thread cutting machine from Taiwan , one floor surface grinding machine , and the mold closing machine.
